Hey there, I’m so delighted that you have decided to learn more about some of my favourite crystals. They have played a considerable part in my healing journey and I often prescribe certain stones to support my 1-1 clients. I decided to create this resource to help you to decide which crystals you’d like to work with and which to steer clear of as a beginner!

Although I have spent many hours just gazing at and holding many varieties in order to find the ones I decided to invest in. I have been using them safely in my work with private clients since 2014.
